Residenza Il Villino, a relaxing oasis in the historic center of Florence, a stone's throw from the Duomo.
A Renaissance house surrounded by gardens, which has always belonged to the Brogi family and most recently to the tenor Augusto Brogi, where you can breathe in the atmosphere of a classic Tuscan home with brik floors and wooden ceilings. A magical place full of charm and mystery that embodies the spirit of hospitality.
An ideal starting point for discovering the extraordinary history of Florence and its masterpieces. In the morning the only noise is the birds singing. Breakfast includes cappuccino, homemade cakes, and good music.
In the afternoon, our flowery courtyard is an ideal refuge to rest over a glass of wine.
The Florentine spirit is still alive in our area; we are between the magnificent Piazza S.S. Annunziata, designed by Brunelleschi, and the Sant'Ambrogio market.
Via della Pergola is a quiet street, out of the tourist flow, famous for its historic theatre, often famous actors are our guests.
Benvenuto Cellini and Pontormo lived next door. Michelangelo's David is a few hundred meters away, as well as a hidden masterpiece, a magnificent fresco by Perugino. And if you are passionate about mysteries, we can guide you on a journey through the secret symbols of the medieval city.

Near us there is also the best gelateria in town (which one? Come and find out) and then the trattorias where you eat on wooden tables, ribollita, steak and cantuccini with vin santo as dessert, the real one! Moreover a famous street for its 100 stores, where Florentines have been shopping forever.
The front desk is open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Evening arrival is possible by appointment only and subject to an additional charge. The house is on two floors and there is no elevator, only 42 sandstone steps to reach the rooms overlooking the Duomo.

The Villino is located in the historic center, in ZTL, not accessible to cars without a permit.
A very close parking agreement is available at 25.00 euros daily, including access permit.
